Our Relationship with Affiliate Partners

Offerlash is a platform built to help you find the best coupon codes and promotional offers. To support our mission and cover the costs of operating our app and website (such as server costs, development, and content moderation), we participate in various affiliate marketing programs.

This means that we have financial relationships with many of the retailers and brands whose coupons appear on our platform.

How It Works and Who Earns a Commission

The primary content on Offerlash is coupon codes — discount codes that you can copy and use when shopping at a retailer's website or app. Some coupons on our platform may also include an affiliate tracking link to the retailer. If you use a coupon or follow such a link and make a purchase, a commission may be earned. This commission is earned in one of two ways:

• Commission to Offerlash: For many coupons, Offerlash earns a commission from the retailer. This is our primary way of funding the platform and keeping it free for our community.
• Commission to a Marketer: Some coupons are posted by users who have enrolled in our affiliate program (known as "Marketers"). Any subscriber can opt in to become a Marketer. In these cases, the commission is earned directly by the user who posted the coupon, as a reward for their contribution.

In all cases, this process happens at no additional cost to you. The price of the product or service is the same regardless of who earns the commission.

Does This Affect You or the Coupons?

• It does not cost you anything extra. The price you pay for a product or service is the same whether you use a coupon from our platform or find it elsewhere. Any commission is paid by the retailer as a cost of advertising.
• Our content is community-driven. The majority of coupons on our platform are submitted by our user community. While we may earn a commission on some coupons, our primary goal is to share the best and most accurate deals available. Our moderation team works to verify coupons to ensure they are valid.

Our Referral Program

Separately from the coupon-based affiliate commissions described above, Offerlash operates a referral program. When an enrolled affiliate shares a personal referral link and a new user signs up and subscribes to a paid plan through that link, the referring affiliate may earn a commission based on the referred user's subscription. These commissions are calculated as a percentage of the subscription price, may apply for a limited number of billing periods, and are subject to the program's terms and conditions as described in our Terms and Conditions.

Referral commissions are separate from retailer affiliate commissions and are funded by Offerlash, not by the referred user. The referred user pays the standard subscription price — there is no additional cost to them.

Tracking Disclaimer: Offerlash's referral and affiliate tracking operates on a best-effort basis. Tracking may be affected by technical limitations, device settings, browser configurations, network conditions, or third-party systems. In the event of any bugs, technical failures, or tracking inaccuracies, Offerlash shall not be held liable for any compensation, lost commissions, or damages of any kind.

Changes to This Disclosure

We may update or modify this Affiliate Disclosure from time to time, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised disclosure. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page to reflect the date of the most recent revision.
