Danube is a Saudi food and non-food grocery retail brand within BinDawood Holding, with its stores operated by Danube Company for Foodstuffs and Commodities. Danube Online offers groceries, fresh, chilled and frozen food, and bakery products, together with baby, beauty, home, pet, gift, toy, electronics and appliance departments. Assortment, stock, prices, promotions, pickup and delivery options depend on the serving branch, address and order time.
Danube Online and the Danube app are the e-commerce channel for Danube stores. The website states that more than 10,000 products can be shopped online, while the FAQ explains that some in-store products may not be available online and availability depends on the branch serving the address.

Danube Online offers home delivery or pickup from selected stores, with service areas shown after an address is entered. Delivery windows operate daily from 8:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m., and orders can be scheduled up to five days ahead. The FAQ states a general SAR 75 minimum and a fixed delivery fee shown at checkout. Danube Express has separate rules, including home delivery from specified branches and a SAR 30 minimum. The return or exchange policy requires contact within 48 hours, excludes fresh, frozen and certain other products, and applies different terms to electronics and household items; review the current terms before ordering.
