End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Establishment Offerlash ("we," "us," or "our") for the Offerlash mobile application (the "App"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
This EULA should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which also govern your use of our services.
Marketing communications are delivered via mobile push notifications only, are opt-in, and can be opted out later through your device settings or in-app preferences. Service-related notifications may still be delivered where required for account operation or security.
1. License Grant
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this EULA and our Terms and Conditions.
2. License Restrictions
You agree that you will not, and will not permit others to:
- License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the App or make the App available to any third party.
- Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of ours or our affiliates, partners, suppliers, or the licensors of the App.
- Use the App for any illegal purpose, or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
The App offers optional paid subscriptions that unlock additional features such as submitting coupons, accessing a dashboard with analytics, and increased coupon capacity. Subscribers may also choose to enroll in the affiliate program to become a "Marketer," which allows them to include their own affiliate tracking links in coupon submissions and earn referral commissions. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly auto-renewable basis through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All payment processing is handled by Apple, Google, or their authorized processors — we do not store your payment information.
Full subscription terms — including pricing, cancellation, refunds, free trials, and auto-renewal details — are governed by Section 5 of our Terms and Conditions.
4. Referral and Affiliate Program
The App includes a referral program that allows enrolled affiliates to earn commissions when users they refer subscribe to paid plans. Referral attribution may use deterministic or probabilistic matching and is provided on a best-effort basis. In the event of any bugs, technical failures, or tracking inaccuracies, Offerlash shall not be held liable for any compensation, lost commissions, or damages of any kind. The referral program is subject to the Referral Program Code of Conduct described in our Terms and Conditions.
5. Push Notifications
The App may request your permission to send push notifications for service updates, promotional messages, and account-related alerts. Push notifications are opt-in and can be disabled at any time through your device settings or the App's in-app preferences. We use third-party services (Firebase Cloud Messaging and OneSignal) to deliver notifications.
6. Data Collection and Privacy
The App collects certain information to provide and improve the Services, including account data, usage analytics, device information, and diagnostic data. The App also writes coupon codes to your device clipboard when you use the "Copy Code" feature — this is a write-only operation and we do not read your clipboard.
The App provides granular privacy controls under Settings → Privacy, allowing you to enable or disable analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, ad personalization, and user association with these services.

7. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services to provide its functionality, including but not limited to RevenueCat (subscription management), Firebase (analytics, crash reporting, push notifications), Singular (attribution and deep linking), and OneSignal (push notifications). These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers.
8. Intellectual Property
You agree that the App and all its content, including but not limited to graphics, user interface, scripts, and software, contain proprietary information and material that is owned by Establishment Offerlash and/or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for permitted use of the App in compliance with this EULA.
9. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from us if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination of the license, you shall cease all use of the App and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the App.
10. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE APP IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, WITH RESPECT TO THE APP.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ESTABLISHMENT OFFERLASH OR ITS AFFILIATES HAVE ANY LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, LOST PROFITS, COST OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
12. Governing Law
This EULA and your use of the App are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to This EULA
We may update or modify this EULA from time to time, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised EULA. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page to reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated EULA. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
